In order to offer time-intensive services affordably, I reduced the high administrative costs that are typical of running a medical practice. For example, at Allied Psych you will not see a dedicated front desk staff, insurance clerks, schedulers, and rows of paper file storage. You will not wait for hours and get seen for minutes. You will not be a number. What you will get is robust administrative support to help you navigate the complex world of medical reimbursement and maximum clinical time with me to address your health needs.
We are strongly committed to striving for a "green", sustainable office environment, so we implemented a paperless office to reduce consumption of paper, other resources, and energy. All records and information are stored securely in digital format. This also facilitates HIPAA compliant exchange of information with referring physicians, other healthcare providers, and other third parties, when exchange of records is requested.

This will assist in the management of your care and the support required to securely transmit the required data to health insurance companies to enable them to process your claims.

Payment for Our Services
Payment is expected at time of service, and we encourage advance payment by offering pre-pay discounts for our client fees. We are a participating provider for several major insurance carriers, including Medicare. Please visit our insurance page for details.
We accept checks or major credit and debit cards (Discover, Visa, Mastercard). We offer bundled service discounts and affordable payment plans for neurofeedback and biofeedback treatment in self-pay arrangements.
To avoid escalating practice costs that raise fees for all of our clients when there is nonpayment by very few clients, we require the guarantee of new patient appointments with a credit card or debit payment. If you do not wish to provide a credit card guarantee of payment using our secure online system, please call our office to set up an alternate means of payment.
